Member Since: February 2007 Posts: 7 Send Message	My father was Douglas Pearson, born in 1928. He had an older brother Ray, and an older sister. His parents died in the 2nd world war, and my father and his brother were brought up in an orphanage in Leicester. They both came to Australia in about 1946, and they didnt see their sister again. I am desperate for some information. This is my first search. I have since found out, that my father's mum's name was Gladys Pearson, and that she died in 1947, and his sister may have been Dorothy born in 1921
