I am trying to find more information on JOHN ROBERTS. I know that he married MARY ANN TAYLOR and that they had at least 1 child FREDERICK WILLIAM born in DARLASTON on 23rd JULY 1885. I would be grateful for help in finding Birth, Marriage and Death of John and/or Mary Ann if someone could help please?

There is a marriage for John Roberts to Mary JANE Taylor in March quarter of 1880, Stoke - on - Trent

Her name is definatley Mary Ann, i have got Freds birth cert already with her name on it. It also says John was a shoe maker

In this census John is a Bootmaker but by 1891 he's in the insurance business..........

I think that on the career front things were improving for John and his family and I'm sure that shoe making would have been a nice little side-earner !
