Maiden name of Alice Roberts

Hi again everyone,

Can someone help me find the maiden name of Alice Roberts.

Alice (?) married Abraham Roberts and appears on the 1871 + England census records as his husband - census records state that she was born c. 1843 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England.

The first child appears to be William - born in Liverpool in 1867. All in all the children are:
William - 1867
Robert John - 1870 (born in Wales)
Thomas - 1874
Charles - 1878
Walter - 1883
Abraham - 1886

I'd love to find out the surname of their mother Alice without having to send off and wait for anything as I'm doing this for a friend who's off back to Africa in a day or so, so any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

ROBERTS Abraham Liverpool 8b 261

Although on familysearch.org there is a Marriage of a Abraham Roberts to a Alice Douglas in 1865 Clitheroe Lancashire.

If you type in Lancashire BMD into Google you can search the births marriages and deaths.


I searched for Abraham Roberts brn 1886 and below is what it told me.
