John Roberts - Catherine Hughes married Holyhead.Wales. 23/10/1795... Son Robert Roberts 1800-1856. Trying to find birth baptism dates for parents and John and Catherine's parents

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Unless there is information on the IGI, then it will be necessary for you to research parish records is the area(s) where they were born. A surname like Hughes is likely to present some difficulty in Wales.

If their marriage details do not mention John and Catherine's ages then it is likely they werer 21 years of age or older when they married. Other words like minor may be used to indicate they were less that 21. These are some possible clues to to which time period to start researching.

Thanks - have no contact with natural family so cannot ask anyone
