Trying to find Winifred Roberts

I've been trying to find Winifred for over a year. She was born 18 Jan 1909(death cert), I don't know where but believe London area. Jan 29 1928 she married Walter Joughin in Camberwell, her address was 120 Sumner rd. Peckham. I have her marriage cert which gives her father as James Edward Roberts deceased but do not know who her parents were. GRO are no help.

There is this birth that would fit the birth date on the death certificate:-

Mary Ann 43 1868. Married 15 years. Born London
Robert. 14. Born EDMONTON
Florence 11 1900 Born London
Edith Beatrice 1907 4 Born Wandsworth
Winnie Catherine. 2. 1909 Born Wandsworth.

Possible marriage for the parents. of Winifred.
James to Mary Ann Lipscome 1895 Oct/Dec Qtr. registered in EDMONTON.This needs checking. Ethel.

Hi again. Birth 1909 of a Winifred. Jan/Mar Quarter reg in West Ham. If correct it should give Mothers maiden name. Ethel.

Thanks everyone ,
The West Ham connection isn't valid as Harriett was married to a Charles Roberts.
I have several 1901 records of James and different Mary A's. The Southampton James is one to investigate further although the Bethnal
Green location doesn't sound right. Also, Mary would have been 41 when Winifred was born.
Another James Edward and Mary Ann(Chaplin) in Bromley seemed likely but I can't find them in the 1911 census.
