William Charles Roberts b.abt 1835 Lanfar, Wales m Mary Anne Jones/Evans abt 1861 Dollgelau Children William Alfred Roberts b.1864 Trefarew, Carmarthen, Wales Emily Edith Roberts b. 1865 Trefarew, Carmarthen, Wales Clara Ann Roberts b. 1868 Trefarew, Carmarthen, Wales Herbert Sheldon Roberts b. 1871Saint Chad Shrewsbury Salop Herbert married Jane Hilda Blackshaw, in 1897 and they had the following children Alfred Sheldon Roberts 1899, Manchester Herbert * Claude Roberts 1897 Manchester Ida Blanche Roberts c.1900, Manchester???? Eva Alexandra Roberts 1901, Manchester Albert Stanley Roberts, 1905, Manchester Hilda Phyllis Roberts, 1907, Manchester Edith Roberts, 1914, Manchester * believed to be Claude Herbert not Herbert Claude.
