Rubber and Asbestos merchant in Swansea, believe he owned the Welsh Rubber Company. Married MARY ANN JAMES known as Polly, approx 1896. Lived at 166 Rhyddings Park Road and also Glanbrydian Avenue Swansea. Any help would be appreciated
