Thanks for all that information.
It is interesting that My Blanche Kate Annie Robinson born 1873 (later in 1881 she was Blanche Osmond) whose brother was Herbert Robinson born 1863 and Sister was Jane Jessie Robinson born 1861 all born St Giles said that her (Blanche Kate Annie Robinson) father was William Henry Robinson. That was on her birth certificate.
So James Little Robinson father to Herbert Robinson may not be the same one..or!!

Guess what team
The mother was Mary Ann Barker and here is her marriage to James Little Robinson.
What a break through.
Surname First name(s) Age District Vol Page
Marriages Dec 1860
Barker Mary Ann St Geo Han Sq 1a 360
Drayton Sarah St Geo Han Sq 1a 360
Robinson James Little St Geo Han Sq 1a 360
Turtle Robert St.Geo:Han Sq: 1a 360

then his death
Deaths Jun 1861

Robinson James Little St Giles 1b 251
Even though both Jane Jessie Martin Robinson and Herbert Walter Martin Robinson were born in 1863 & 1865 for respectibility she told the children that the father had died later..I guess.
Mary Ann Robinson is found in 1871 as a Widow in St Giles with Jane and Herbert.
Hugh thanks
