Member Since: February 2006 Posts: 1 Send Message	My grandfather George Allan Robinson was born 1871, Gilesgate Durham City. He had a sister Edith M born 1871, Gilesgate and a brother Thomas Lumsden born 1877, Tyne Dock, South Shields. Their parents were George Robinson, born 1849 in Nottingham and Hannah, born 1841 in Gilesgate. George, Hannah and son Thomas L were living in Gilesgate in 1901. George Allan was in North Shields, where he married my grandmother. My grandparents split up in 1909, and George Allan may have gone to Canada. Does anyone have any information about any of these Robinsons, please?
