i am hoping to find any information on wealands robinson born 1870 in bishops wearmouth, durham.england. in the 1881 census he was 11 years old. his father was william born 1845, his mother annie w. was born in the same year in whitburn. his elder brother william was born in 1867and his two younger brothers john t born 1872 and earnest born 1876.john t and earnest ended up in australia ( my known relatives) but william ( we think ended up in western australia we think ) but nothing of wealands (maybe the u.s.a. not sure ) wealands is a complete mystery to us any help would be appreciated. i also have a letter written in 1934 to my g.grand father from his cousin harrie who lived at 53 warwick st, sunderland, durham which reads as though there were another three children born after the sons left england. their names were elizabeth edith, bertha may and annie madeline of whom we know nothing of either. i hope someone out there can help me as i would love to try and go back even further in my family tree once this puzzle is solved. |
