The Handy

The Handy Report 23 Oct 2006 10:30

Trying to trace descendants of the birth relatives of ALAN BAIRD CULLERNE(FORMERLY HANDYSIDE) born 0ctober 1892, Middlesex. Parents were WILLIAM LONDON BUSCH HANDYSIDE and ALICE EVA MACMICHAEL, married 1887, Sevenoaks, Kent. Two older siblings JACK R HANDYSIDE and WILLIAM NORMAN B HANDYSIDE. Alice went on to (marry?) Edgar ROBINSON, had a daughter in 1894 ALICE MARY BAILY ROBINSON. All three Handyside brothers are listed under the name ROBINSON as visitors to a farm in Thursley, Surrey in 1901. While Edgar and Alice Eva with Alice Mary Baily are living few miles away at Elstead Mill, Surrey. Alan was killed in WW1 under the name Cullerne (as he was adopted). What happened to his parents, brothers and half sister??? Thanks. Sara --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
