Trying to find Robinson

A Robinson mystery! I've been stuck for years. Has anyone come across a Robinson (family tradition has him from Scotland, but..) who married a woman from the West Indies, in particular British Guiana, which is now Guyana? They will have had two sons round about 1850, Charles (from whom I and a great many others are descended) and another whose name I don't know. The unnamed brother is supposed to have had children named Ethelred, Ethelbert and Edith which are pretty unusual. By a strange coincidence, I found a John Robinson from Penrith who had chidren with these names at just about the right time, but have no reason yet to link them to my family. If you have any ideas or information that might help, I would be really grateful to receive them. My name is Aubrey Robinson and I live in Cheshire.
