The family are living at 14 West Point(?) Stratford. Benjamin is a florist and gardener and Harriet is his assistant by the looks of things. (I wonder if they lived over the shop?). Jane Winn is a servant.

Two unmarried children - Martha and Thomas.

Then Jane Robinson, daughter, married 3- (30 something cannot read it) plus two grandchildren - Benjamin age 9 and Lucy age 4.
