Find Ancestors

Please does anyone have any information at all about Harry Ernest Scott born 1893 in Westminster (birth registered at St George Hanover Square). He became a Coal office Clerk (in 1911 census) and then disappeared - any clues would be most welcome.

Well I nearly did not see this,
What you did was post on a message board that the whole GR community could see if they are looking.. And I answered your question with a possible answer.

But when you sent a private message saying we had a match it showed as a first contact. Explains why I could not find them in my tree.

When I find a census result or anything pertaining to a person on my tree I add it to the notes section for each person mentioned. It then helps me know what I have and have not got.

I am sorry to have caused such confusion. I googled Harry Ernest Scott and up came "Trying to Find" (April09 which I cannot understand how I HAD missed)
and from your reply I wrongly assumed he was in your tree.

Thank you for the census information which you have sent, some of it I already had. I am now trying to trace him from 1920 onwards.

I am searching for Harry Ernest Scott born Westminster in 1893 and I believe died in 1985 Surrey.
He married Mabel B Gwynne in Nov 1916 the day before joining the Royal Army Medical Corps.

It sounds as if you might know of a connection between these two?
