Trying to find Scott

Hi Can any one help i an trying to find infromation on my grandad 's mother and his siblings . My great grandmother name was Isobella McNeish or McNish she came from Ireland. as far as i know the her family settle in Lanarkshire .She married a James Scott in 1869 in Hamilton in .Larnarkshire . James Scott died some time in the early 1870 . Isobella childern were all born in Dundee Scotland between 1876 and 1889 ( there is no father on any of the chidern brith cert) The childern were given the surname Scott or McNeish or Neish . They were Mary Jane 1876 , Martha 1878 , John 1885, Samuel 1886. and Robert 1889, Isobella died in Smellies Lane in 1891 I found the childern on 1891 census at 2 Smellies Lane Dundee with Mary Jane as head of household but after the 1891 census i can't find Mary Jane, Robert or John . My grandad Samuel was put in home in Fife and i found Martha in Liff and Benvie Dundee .I have tried ever thing to find the others but hit a brick wall . Can any one help please .
