I'm trying to find information about the Scott family who lived in Failsworth near Oldham. My grandmother was Edith Scott and she had 3 brothers James, Norman and Chris and 2 sisters Annie and Elsie. Edith was born between 1898 and 1903 and was married to Robert Hayes. Their parents were Annie and James Scott. Edith, Annie and James are buried in Failsworth Cemetary. There is possibly an Irish connection. I would love to find out what happened to them all and where they originally came from. |
