Can anybody please help! I'm trying to find info about my Granddfather JOHN SCOTT. He moved to Manchester when he was a small child but we do not know where he was born, I was told that my granddfather was born in Scotland, however i do not know this to be fact. He was born 19 March 1919 and we know that he served in the "king's own cameron highlanders" from about 1939-1946. We know that his father's name was Thomas but his mum's name is unknown. He married Ellen Grinley and they later had 4 children, phillip, david, Malcolm and Ann. |
