I was very young at the time and had been put into foster care following my parents separation. My sister was born in York and her first name is Joanne but I am not certain of her surname as she was given up for adoption. My mothers name is Margaret ann Spencer but is known as ann. I have never met my sister and would really love to meet her and be part of her life. please help...
