Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 7 Send Message	Richard Thomas Spencer was born in St Luke Middlesex in 1864. He is in the 1881 census but not the 1901 census but there is no registration of his death in the period 1881-1901! His father, Richard Spencer died 1882. His mother Jennet (nee) Ross remarried to Edwin Miller in 1886. Would like to contact any of his descendents or relatives.
