Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 3 Send Message	Looking For John Spencer, born in Derbyshire C1880, was a Grenadier Guardsman, survived WW1, winning Military Medal,one of several brothers, all with biblical names, brother to my grandfather- James Leonard Spencer in the 1st. Lifeguards in 1903. I am told that John moved to the Channel Islands before WW2 possibly to grow tomatos!Not sure of the reason for loss of family contact!!Any Channel Islanders with Spencer antecedents?
