I am trying to find information on my grandmother, Beatrice Spencer, born 1903. She had brothers and sisters, Hilda, Ada, Elsie, Arthur and Alf (as far as we are aware). Beatrice was put into an orphanage along with at least one sibling and later was put into service in a big house in England. We have been unable to trace her parents details or any of her siblings. |

Hi there! Sorry don't know anything about a Beatrice SPENCER, despite having SPENCER ancestors myself, but am really curious! Your subject title is "ADAMS Family Tree" - do you by any chance ADAMS ancestors as well as SPENCER ancestors? The reason I ask is because my 2 paternal grandparents were an Arthur Symes ADAMS & a Mabel McCloud SPENCER - and one of my relatives on the ADAMS side married one of my relatives on the SPENCER side! So they were actually distant cousins - quite a coincidence, don't you think?! |
