Yes - I know it's like trying to find a needle in a hystack when looking for a Taylor (there are so many of them!) but i am desperately trying to find my great Grandad Robert Hy Taylor born 1848 - he says in Yarmouth in Norfolk (in the 1901 cencus). He was married to Delia Glynn - problem is he was taken up to scotland when quite young to be educated - does this ring any bells with anyone??????

I have found birth registrations for Victor, Olivia and Frederick Francis Taylor on the Lancashire bmd site

...... but wouldn't you know it

........ none of them has the mmn although this is commonly given on that site for most birth registrations!!!
