Parents lived in the Bromley Kent area, Mother died about 3 yrs ago and father Clarence Taylor died February 2009.

Have you tried a search on this site or friends reunited, or the electoral rolls on l92.com. The death certs. will give the name and address of the informant of the death, this could be a relative, or someone who could give you more information.

Have you tried the electoral roll or 192.com?

Taylor is such a common name it will not be an easy task to find them
