hello all, any information on this matter however small will be gratefully recieved, i am helping a friend who is desperately trying to gain information on her birth son born may 1985, he was taken from her and adopted, she was 17 at the time, it was done through the church and even to present day she is not told the truth through the church organisation and been told she has no rights in contacting him. all she wants is to know is he is well and that he knows about her and the doors are always open when he is ready to make contact and he has a family waiting to welcome him with open arms.
he was born anthony john tayor in may 1985, we believe he could be living in the bradford area, yorkshire and his adopted father could be an accountant and his adoptive mum a dance teacher , we also believe he could have a sister named sarah.

we do have some fornames of the adoptive parents but no surname, we also know his adoptive forenames, which i will disclose in any pm's as i dont want to diclose any public imformation.

any imformation on what paths we could follow will be gratefully appreciated.

looking forward to any replys

I believe there is an official register to which this person can add her details, so that if the son makes an enquiry about contacting her, a process can be set in motion towards that end...........

As these are living people, it is vital that you don't put on this public forum anything which could identify them

yes we know about the contact register, many thanks.....however if he hasnt been told he is adopted how will he know to check the rgister.

i havent disclosed any details that can identify anybody and do not intend to to do so publicly......thanks for the advice anyway.....
