I am trying to track down all relevent info on my grandmothers sister, who sent her life in the Three counties Hospital in Stotfold Beds, which was an asylum. She apparently died there. Her surname was Taylor, her father was George Taylor & mother was Jessie Braggins and the family lived in Standon, Herts. Her youngest sister was born 1894 and her eldest brother born 1913.
We dont even know her name, how old she was when she was admitted , what she was admitted for or how old she was when she died.
Im new to this and am asking if anyone can tell me how i can find out this sort of info?

It is hard with no name and Taylor is hard work, too many (im One).i have, looked on 1911 census but nothing catches the eye and too many births to check through.
needle in a haystack comes to mind with no actual name. I could put all the births but it would be hard work to cross reference.

Regards
Tracy

i would try the link below its a website for the Three counties Asylum you might be able to find some way of tracing this Lady

Do you have the birth cert for any of them giving an address?

You could then go through the parish records for all the baptisms.
EDIT
I've counted 9 on here, so you're only missing 3.

Can't find Jessie May in BMD, but with Reginald C in 1913 this makes 10.

I put them on a timeline and there's a clear gap in 1902 which could be where one of your missing ones would fit. There are 8 Taylor births in Ware in 1902, and 3 of them are girls: Alice, Cordelia and Elsie. One of these could be your missing sister.
