Can anyone possible see if there is a listing on 1841 census for "Maria Ann" or Marianne Taylor born 1829/1830 in Wednesbury. The fathers name would be Joseph born approx > 1804 . think have found her as pupil on 1851 census but would appreciate it if i knew where she was boarded?? |

You probably right.I would need to recheck 1851 census which not got access to at moment.I am really trying to find rest of her family in particular my great grandma Sarah born 1840. Know a Marianne Acutt (believe her sister married name ) witness at her wedding and may give me clue to the rest of Sarah family |

Maybe. Joseph is a publican, good occupation for cross-checking. |

Name does change in spelling think is on that as Marie Anne.Have also looked on 1881 census and does look as if birth is 1835 and miscalculated on 1861 census |

I think she and Sarah were at the same school - she is badly transcribed on Ancestry!! The address is just the High Street - The wife Denisa was something at a Private Boarding School - Can't read whether she runs it |
