Hi, looking for Emmanuel Taylor, coal miner, son of John, frame smith and maybe Hephzabah (not sure if she is his mother or step mother). Emmanuel was supposedly born around 1809 in Pentrich, Derbyshire. I have checked the parish register but cannot find a baptism. Maybe they were non-conformist! By the 1841 census they were living in Radford, Nottm. He married Ann Walton, of Reigate, Surrey, at Radford in 1838 and he died in 1869 in the same place. I would love to hear from anyone who may know of Emmanuel. |
