I am trying to find details of my great grandparents Ralph Olbinson Taylor and May Taylor (nee Labrey), they lived together in Manchester, I think it was the Longsight area and had three children, Ralph jnr, Florence (my grandmother) and Violet. I am not sure where the Olbinson came in but I think it may be his mothers maiden name. Ralph Snr. Died in 1981 and May died in 1986, not much more is known because my gran is now deceased and Ralph lives to far away from me and Violet cannot remember much about their lives as she was the youngest. I am particularly interested in Ralph Snrs family, his parents, siblings etc and also the same for May. So far as I know Ralph was born in 1899 and was a member of something called the black shirts in the war, I think it must me the 1st world war. May was born in 1901, this information has been given to me by family members, but they don't know if it is accurate. If anyone has any more information please contact me Thanks Lisa |
