Member Since: January 2004 Posts: 131 Send Message	can anyone tell me how to find out who lived at a certain address in the 1940s. my sister carol taylor has been told the proerty she is living in is haunted. a medium told her the ladies name is hilary ?. the address is 29 the quadrant sedgley dudley west midlands dy3 1pp. maybe you know of a website i can use...electoral roll maybe? many thanks.
