Hi anyone have any info on my Grandfather: THOMAS TAYLOR, his mother was Alice Taylor nee Nugent, his father John taylor, a general carter who in 1881 was living at 69 cornwall st. In the 1901 census he lived at 100 Cornwall st, Eveton, Liverpool. He was born 3/4/1916 he married my nan Margret Nelly (cissy) Pricket about 1938. he was in the army fought at dunkirk and was in a prision camp so i`m told. He had 2 half brothers jack & Billy & half sisters Betty, Ruby and i think there was another 1? After he married my nan they moved to Beachley/Sedbury in Gloucestershire where her family were from. They had 2 sons Roger (my Dad) & Michael he also had a step daughter joan. He worked as a male nurse in Chepstow, then at Llanwern. If anyone can help please let me know thanks.. :o) |
