Can anyone help me with trying to find members of the TAYLOR family who lived in Bristol - I have some information giving JOHN TAYLOR married ANNIE EMMA ELIZABETH HOLBROOK, who had at least 3 children - son, ERNEST who was born 1911, and two daughters, LILIAN A S & VIOLET M - think they were born around 1912-13. Have not had any luck in tracing marriages on Lilian or Violet. Annie and John married in 1910 in Bristol. Ernest served in the army and was in India in the early 1940's. I believe he was in the Somerset Light Infantry and was possibly a Military Policeman. He went through a marriage ceremony with a HELENA GREGORY who was a doctor in the Red Cross. They separated but had a daughter, Elizabeth. If anyone knows anything about this family I would be very grateful. |
