Ernest Edward Taylor: I am trying to locate my husband (Kevins) father who went missing around 1954-55 in NZ. The family thought he had died whilst hunting, but we now think he may have left NZ and lived in Singapore. Ernest was born in Wellington NZ in 1927 to Agnes Jane Taylor (nee Patterson) and Edward Ernest Taylor. He never married my husbands mother as he was already married though separated. 20 years later, it appears that Ernest could have married a Josephine Antoinette Edwards from Johor Bahru Malaysia on the 24th February, 1973. A daughter Melanie was born on 3/9/73 and soon after Ernest dissapeared again. It has been approx 31 years now that no-one has heard from him and daughters Susan, Melanie & especially his son would like to know of the father they all have missed before it gets too late and to find out if there are other brothers and sisters that they don't know off. Please call if you have any updates on Ernest, known by the family as Ted. |
