Member Since: November 2006 Posts: 0 Send Message	Robert Thomas We are trying to trace the family of Robert Thomas born in1826 at Rhodogeidio or Llechcynfarwydd Anglesey in 1826.He married an Ann and was a shoemaker at Llanerchymedd.The family may have originated from Holyhead and known as the Band family.His father was a composer for brass band music and his compositions are still played at the National Eisteddfod of Wales.Thomas street in Holyhead is believed to have been named after this family.His grandson John Thomas was a leading soloist with the Treorchy male voice choir
