Find Ancestors

Any info on birth parents of mark Thompson born in Reading in 1960, any info would be gratefully received.
Mark was adopted out and would like any info on who his parents are, have tried to order original birth certificate but have come to a dead end.

As below Mark was adopted out and would like to know any information on birth parents, as tried to order original birth certificate but money for some reason was refunded with no reason why.

For births within 50 years, the criteria for ordering certs are much more stringent..................to try to prevent identity fraud.

I always thought that an adopted child has a legal right to find out who their birth mother is

i was not replying to your post I was merely telling Sally that I thought that Mark had a legal right to find his birth mum and when I started typing you post was not even there
