Hi I am looking for Edna Thompson dob 1909 born Burton Agness east yorkshire parents John and Isabela Thompson . I think she was a twin to my Uncle Harold but I can not prove this , also I think she died soon after birth . I have looked on IGI and not found her could you have a look and see if you can find her |

I think in order to know there was a twin you need to get the birth cert. |

Hi no I am not sure she was a twin my Thompsons are John A and Isabella children Donald Louisa Harold and Arthur i do not recognize the other s Lots of Thompsons in the area .I got the idea she was a twin bacause she has the same dob as Harold and Isabella had 5 births 4 living maybe I have jumped to the wrong conclusion . |

Doesn't seem to be an obvious connection between the 2 families, the husband missing from the other family would be Thomas Baker Thompson (1877), who was the farmers son on the same farm on 1901 census. Wondered if he was John's brother, but John was not with this family. |

John Allison was born 1876 died 1961 married Isabella Kilvington 15/2/1904 John was born in Lissett 1881 census Living Tith Farm Lissett John had 2 brother that I have found George W dob c1875 and Henry dob c1881. John lived with his grandparents Robert Allison and Elizabeth Herncliffe Johns Mother died 1882 . |
