Member Since: January 0001 Posts: 0 Send Message	I am researching my Mothers side of the family which is Thompson. Her Father was Robert Thompson b. 1863 in Hoyland Nether, W. Yorks. He married Sarah Ann Birks 14 Oct.1889 at Barnsley Register Office, and they lived in Hoyland. They had 10 children (6 boys and 4 girls.) My Mother married Joseph Dawber in 1922 and had 8 children, only 5 surviving. Roberts father was Charles Thompson born in Little Smeaton,and he married Julia Ann Haley at Doncaster Register office, 13 Dec. 1858. Would love to share details that I have with anyone who is connected. Colin Dawber.
