Trying to find Thompson

I am trying to find any relations of my Grandfather Charles Robert Thompson of Lancaster, Lancashire, who was married to Florence Pettit. Charles died in the late 1940's and Florence much earlier I know that he had a sister Margaret whose married name was Winn (not sure of exact spelling). Margaret had a son Norman who was a butcher he and his wife Cissie had a daughter Margaret born about 1937 and they all lived in Morecambe. The elder Margaret lived over the butcher shop in Queen St while Norman and his family lived at the Ship hotel in the same street. My Grandfather also had a sister named Alice I think her married name was Leyton she was married to a man named George and they lived in Manchester during WW2. don't know whether they had any children. If any one out there thinks they know these people I would be most grateful to hear from them. Alice Roberts (nee Parkinson) |
