I hope someone can help my grandmother was born in Blefast 1st October 1927 she was the youngest of between 7 and 9 children. One or both of her parents died during ww2 and she went to live her sister. My grandmothers name was Eveline Thompson known as Eva her are some of her sisiters names Nellie married a Jimmy Coggle, Lizzie married Issac Annesley she had a brother who was shot down at the end of the war he was called either freddy or tommy not sure which. Their father was called William Thompson. This is all I know I have no idea when any of her sisters were born only that they were all born in Belfast. If any names ring a bell or if anyone can help please get in touch. |
