Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 33 Send Message	Trying to find any information or ancestory of William John Thompson or it might be John William. With his 1st wife ( dont know the name ) he had 3 sons, Harry, Fred and Jack and with his 2nd wife, Elsie Browning a daughter, June born 1929. June is my mother but she never knew her dad as she was brought up by her mothers parents, but can remember playing as a little girl with the 3 boys from her fathers 1st wife. William would have been born about 1900 or just before. I dont know where he was born but my mother was born and brought up in London. Is there anyone out there that can help.

I know nothing more about him at all

	Birth cert of June would have father's correct name. From FreeBMD see that a June Thompson (mother Browning) was born in Kingston (Surrey) registered September 1929 - 2a 822.

	If you send for a copy of her birth certificate I'm sure you will find a lot more information, which may help you to progress further.
