I'm afraid I don't have his marriage certificate - I've just been informed by a relative that was the date of the marriage.

George was my 2 x great grandfather. I've been told he was baptised on 27 Apr 1851 at Thurgarton, Norfolk.

He married Sarah Bird (b. 1758) in 1877.

They had the following children - George Edward c 1879; Emma Jane 1881 (my grt grandmother); David; James, Ethel, John, Emily c 1891, and Donald c1894.

Does anyone know more about the family please?

Either details of Georges (1851) parents?

or more information about any of his children?
