Hi Marian,
This is a (very) long shot but worth a mention I thought.
Harry JONES married Mary Beatrice COOKE 6th Dec 1915 in Hartlebury
Brides father was Thomas Grifin COOKE (occupation farmer)
Details are on FreeReg.

I am transcribing Hartlebury records at present & have found your family in the Baptisms:

30th May 1847 George James son of William & Sarah COOK, Hartlebury
21st Oct 1849 William Griffin son of William & Sarah COOK, Hartlebury
17th Jan 1851 Charlotte Sarah COOK dau of William & Sarah COOK, Church End

Fathers occupation is listed as Blacksmith for all 3 entries.

I'm not sure how much info you already have but I have a lot of mariage and burial records too. So can have a look for info you don't have in those area's. Marriages I think start from 1880's to 1920's. But if the family moved away from Hartlebury these records won't be much use. I noted there were a couple of other COOK families in the Baptisms that may be of interest?
