Don't know if I can help finding her, Julie, but my wife's grandmother was Madelaine Marie Ward, her family originated from Norfolk. HER mother's name was Marion Ward...there seem to be common christian names here.

I'm having great difficulty finding any living Wards from that side of her family so you may be a distant cousin of my wife's.

Sorry I can't be of help, but just as a suggestion you could try the Salvation Army as they're quite good at this kind of thing.

iam trying to find marie louise ward born 1947 28th june to arthur and marie ward in norwich.thay had her adopted she would be my mothers half sister can any one help plase
