If you get the birth cert for the registration found by June, it will give you both her parents' names. Knowing that will help to search for their marriage and to find them on the census

freebmd marriages are complete from 1871 to 1909 except for some gaps in 1886, 87 and 88. Do you have access to Ancestry? It might be worth checking the full indexes there for those years.
It is possible that the marriage has been left off the index or Mary might have been married before and remarried under her first married name.
I still can't find the family in 1891 or 1901

Hi Kim -- further to the PMs, and just to let you know I'm not ignoring you -- nope, I'm not having any more luck than you and everybody else here! They've hidden themselves well.
It would have been quite rude of them to move between Ann's birth and the 1891 census, I must say. But either they did, or Ancestry has pulled a fine number on them. Even still, like if Ancestry had decided to call them Curtes or something (I've seen just about that -- imagine transcribing Barnett as Carnett), searching for Ann by her name and birth date/place and place of residence, and her parents' given names, would usually find her.
I'll play with it some more, but so far I'm getting what everybody else has got. Slim possibilities and not much!

Well here's something weird and annoying.
I found the occupants of 20 Great Bridge in the 1881 census, which you can search by address.
I tried tracing the occupants, James and Sarah White, forward, but they seemed to have gone. So I traced a neighbouring household forward -- Thomas and Mary Venables -- and looked at the image. They are at 18 Swan Village, the way it's shown on the census page, in 1891. Except it's the same place -- the pub is in the same place, the Whites in the neighbouring household are in the same place -- as 18 Great Bridge in 1881.
So the Whites are at "20 Swan Village" in 1891 (I checked the previous page, and that's the street address being used.) What became of Great Bridge??
Checked the description of West Bromwich South West, District 20, where that Swan Village address is in 1891. It refers to "left side of Swan Village to the Swan Canal Bridge", so it sounds like the same place likely.
Was some other street being called Great Bridge Road at that point?
Ah, on a modern map at google maps, I see Great Bridge St ending at Black Country New Road (or rather starting -- number 20 is right near the junction), and Swan Lane and New Swan Lane on the other side. Maybe it was that end of the road that changed name, and they lived on the other end.
Great Bridge St vs. Rd? There's no 20 Great Bridge St in 1881.
But dang, there's a Great Bridge Rd now; I was looking in the wrong place. They're quite separate. Maybe street names were reorganized there between 1881 and 1891.
I could suggest that you read the descriptions of all the enumeration districts in West Bromwich in 1891 and see whether there's any mention of Great Bridge Road!
http://content.ancestry.co.uk/Browse/list.aspx? dbid=6598&path=Staffordshire.West+Bromwich (copy and paste that back together, then click on the sub-registration district and on each enumeration district in turn, for a one-paragraph description of streets in the district)
That's do-able, but I don't think I'm up for doing it just now. ;)
Because one would really think that the address where they were when Ann was born no more than six months earlier would be a good place to look for them in 1891!
