I'm trying find out if the ABSALOM EVANS listed in the 1901 cencus as the nephew of John Evans of Smithy Ffayn Mawr in Glyn Denbigshire is my paternal grandfather. Although a search of birth records for this Absalom Evans yields a single hit, his name does not seem to appear in the records. If anyone is able to provide me with information on Absalom and/or his parents I would love to hear from you
