Hi can anyone help me with my gt gt grandfather who was called John Harvey Robinson born in 1848 & married Martha Howard ( she was a widow I think her maiden name may have been Whitley or Whitney) they had at least 3 children William, my gt grandmother Hannah and another daughter Ettey (Henrietta?) They married in Newcastle in 1875 I have their marriage cert - John was an Engineer (mariner) and his father was also called John Harvey Robinson and was a soldier, Martha's father was called George and was a joiner. That is all I have so would love it if anyone has any info about any or all of them. |

Thanks for that Jean I will have a look at family search, I have John & Martha's wedding cert & it definately says John senior is a soldier - but that is all I am relying on. |
