Sarah Hill, Ireland -Trying to find Bridesmaid

Looking for my grandmother's bridesmaid.My grandmother was Mary Margaret Clinton born 10/01/1921 in Dublin Ireland. On 3/9/1944 she married Daniel Joseph Stewart in Dublin.
Mary is known as May & her best friend was Sarah Hill who was her bridesmaid at the wedding.
May & Daniel had 6 children and lived in Dublin. They moved to Margate, Kent in 1967, where May still lives today.
She would love to know what happened to her best friend.I have a photo of Sarah Hill on May & Daniel's wedding day.
Any information would be very much appreciated & would make an elderly lady's day.
