HI, I am trying to find any living rellies of the Taylor line from Falkirk.
James Rhind Taylor born 1856 in Dumbartonshire married an Elizabeth Moir Laird born in 1861, 1878 in Alloa Clackmanshire.
They had nine children, seven who lived into adulthood.
Thomas born 1879.
Mary born 1882
Elizabeth born 1885 passed away before or around six years of age.
James born 1888 passed away at the age of 15, in 1903.
William Rhind born 1891, served on the HMS Kangaroo in WWII.
Robert Muirhead Rhind born 1893, served in France as a sapper during WWII.
Janet Moir Rhind born 1895, our grandmother, passed away in 1848.
Martin born 1898 served in the Black Watch in WWII.
Alexander born 1900, not much info on him.
Please if anyone recognizes theses names, I'd love to hear from you. My mother is 80 with declining health and would love to reconnect the family.
Thank you,
Stephanie
