Carl, you may want to contact the social services department which arranged the adoption and give them a letter to pass on to any relatives?

There is a lady on here who is amazing in helping people to find their birth families. You may want to change your heading so that it attracts people who could help you. Say to something like, "Looking for birth family - please help"

I am Carl, looking for birth parents and family, adoption done at Northwich County Court. Adopted family from Cheshire that time. any moms, broth and sis still looking for their missing son or brother please contact me... dark hair, brown eyes, looks more caucasian.
