Thanks for pointing out my mistake, i do mean 1834.

I have found the Allen family on the 1851 census living at 47 Chapple Hill, Brierley Hill, any info that takes me another step forward or a connection with another branch of the family would be great.

I think you mean 1834 not 1934. What sort of info are you after? His parents?

Has anyone any info on James Allen born abt 1934 Kingswinford, he lived with Sarah Bedford, I believe they had 7 children together but only one carried the name of Allen, he was listed in the 1881 census as being a wagoner living in Whimsey Road.

Any info would be great.
