My Nanna was born in Manchester and had 3 sisters Betty, Beryl and Freda, but i know her mum died quite young and her dad remarried and she had either half or step siblings. The problem is i can find no record of her at all i can't even find her marriage certificate to my Grandad - Derrick Roberts

Can anyone help me?

She was the oldest of the four sisters and my dad thinks she was born in November 1924, she died in Oct 1993

Heres everything i know about her.

Muriel Alice Morris married Derrick Roberts she was born in Manchester in1924 and brought up there. She made the wheels for the lancaster bombers in WW2. She is the oldest of 4 girls and may have had half and step siblings. She then moved to Nottingham and died here in 1993

Dad thinks they got married about 1950 though hes not sure... he has trouble remembering my name :)
